GO Action Forest’s ‘Adventure Camp’ - Terms and Condition

  1. Venues and Times The Venue address is: GO Action Forest, Salmons Lane, Whyteleafe, CR3 0HB. Earliest drop off time of 8:45 am and collection time of 4 pm must be strictly adhered to, otherwise out-of-hours charges for Early drop off/Late Pickups will be applied.
  2. Medical Information & Fitness to Participate Parents/guardians must provide full and accurate information regarding any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or additional needs relating to their child prior to attendance.Parents/guardians confirm that their child is physically fit and able to participate in Paintball, Laser Tag and associated physical activities.
  3. Medication Staff at GO Action Forest cannot administer medication. However, staff may supervise self‑administration where written parental consent has been provided in advance. A covering letter detailing dosing instructions must be supplied if such an agreement is in place.
  4. Safety Rules & Instructions All participants must follow safety briefings, rules, and instructions given by staff at all times. Failure to comply with safety or golden rules may result in removal from activities, or the camp, without refund. Parents/guardians will be consulted prior to any larger withdrawal wherever reasonably possible. 
  5. Protective Equipment Approved protective equipment (including paintball goggles & helmets) must be worn at all times during certain activities. Players who remove or misuse safety equipment, or go out of their way to ignore important instructions may be excluded from participation of that activity.
  6. Behaviour Policy GO Action Forest reserves the right to withdraw a child’s place from the camp (without refund) in cases of repeated unacceptable, dangerous, or disruptive behaviour. Parents/guardians will be consulted prior to any withdrawal wherever reasonably possible.
  7. Personal Belongings GO Action Forest does not accept responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings brought to the camp. Valuables should not be brought to sessions and all items should be named. 
  8. Lost Property Any lost property found will be returned to the HQ at GO Action Forest and made available for collection. Lost property will be held for a maximum of 30 days, after which it may be disposed of or given to charity. 
  9. Weather conditions & Restrictions We operate in all weather conditions except for Amber+ storm level winds. For any Events that have to be cancelled due to circumstances outside of our control (which may include but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, natural disasters, etc.), no refunds will apply. All participants will be offered full flexibility on rebooking a new Event date free of charge which will be valid for up to 13 months from the original event date.
  10. Cancellations, Free Transfers & Rebooking's We offer a 100% money back guarantee if cancelled within 24 hours of when the booking has been made, for bookings that are booked at least 7 days in advance of your Camp start date. Bookings beyond 24 hours of being made are strictly non-refundable. However we understand that life stuff can come up, so for bookings outside of 24 hours, all the way up to 7 days prior to your Camp start date; a FULL Free Transfer & Rebooking will be available to you (valid for 13 months). Missed session days or early withdrawal from activities do not qualify for rebooking. As staffing and full participant plans are often finalised 1 week in advance, any change of date requested within 7 days of your Camp start date would typically be subject to a £10p/p per day rebooking fee; but please get in touch with our friendly team and we’ll do our very best to help out. 
  11. Future Activities & Free Added Extras Current included Activities & Free ‘Added Extras’ advertised will be supplied and provided each day, subject to availability and wherever humanly possible. Should they not be able to be supplied (for whatever reason), no monetary value would be owed or transferred. ‘Extras’ and Special offers are subject to change, we will always aim to be honour any Specials or inclusive’s from the point of purchase, for your future Camp date (up to 12 months in advance).    
  12. Changes of Terms GO Action Forest reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without warning.
